This coffee represents Diego Samuel's 13 years of dedication to pushing specialty coffee boundaries. On his 27-hectare farm, he operates his own laboratory for processing experiments, using technology and precision to create unique flavor profiles. This particular lot undergoes a meticulous double fermentation process before being carefully decaffeinated using the natural Sugar Cane method, preserving its distinctive character.

Diego Samuel is a true pioneer in Colombian coffee, holding a CQI Level 2 Processing certification and focusing on how microorganisms, pH levels, and temperature influence coffee flavour. His meticulous approach to cultivation and processing has earned him numerous awards and recognition throughout the specialty coffee industry.
