This coffee is meticulously processed at Granja Paraíso 92 by Wilton Benitez, a pioneer in experimental coffee production. Crafted with precision, each batch is hand-harvested, yeast-fermented, and slow-dried, ensuring an exceptionally vibrant and complex cup.

Since we roast in small batches on weekends, each release reflects our dedication to quality and craft. With limited availability, this is a decaf experience you won’t want to miss.

Sourced from Granja Paraíso 92, this coffee undergoes an innovative process that sets it apart. After selective harvesting, the cherries are fermented with Saccharomyces pastorianus yeast for 48 hours, unlocking deep fruit-forward flavors. They are then slow-dried over 88 hours to preserve their complexity before undergoing sugarcane decaffeination, a natural method that retains the coffee’s unique character.
