Decaf Before Death - Atunkaa Argelia Decaf (100g)

We’re excited to share a more affordable easy drinking decaf;  Atunkaa Decaf, a clean, balanced, and highly drinkable sugarcane decaf from the remote highlands of Argelia, Cauca. This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers working as part of five local associations supported by Siruma Coffee, a women-led Colombian exporter focused on quality and equity in post-conflict areas.

With the backing of USAID, Siruma has helped these farmers access better training, improve cup quality, and connect to specialty markets. This decaf is a result of that partnership—showing just how vibrant, sweet, and satisfying decaf can be when care is taken at every stage.

This is a smooth, easy-drinking decaf with pleasant acidity and a rounded sweetness. Look for citrus top notes, creamy chocolate undertones, and a nutty praline finish. Whether brewed as a filter, V60, or espresso, it’s a good daily driver decaf that delivers flavour without compromise.

Roasted Fresh, In Small Batches

Since we’re just starting out with roasting, we keep things simple—roasting at weekends and dispatching fresh batches during the week. Small-scale roasting means we can focus on quality over quantity, carefully developing each batch to bring out the coffee’s full potential.
